Additional Information
- Child ticket: Age 4-12 with height of 140cm and below
- Children 0-3 are free of charge and will not provided with seat, participants have to shared seat with parents
- Children who exceed either the age and height restrictions of the child ticket must purchase an adult ticket
- Video recorders, cameras, recording devices or laser pointers are prohibited in the theater
- Late arrivals will be held in the lobby until an appropriate interval in the performance. This is for both the guest and artist's safety
- The theater is wheelchair-friendly
Pick Up Information
- Time: 30 minutes-1 hour before the show time, depending on your hotel's location
- The operator will reconfirm the pick up time at least 1 day before your scheduled show date
- As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of unforeseen delays along the pick up route
- Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time
